Two congregations. One Sunday.
Grace Church meets Sunday mornings. Common Table Church meets Sunday evenings. Both call The Galena Commons home, and both welcome newcomers without fanfare or pressure.
Grace Church
A welcoming Sunday morning congregation that has called the Commons home for years. Traditional worship, warm community, and an unhurried pace.
Grace Church Website ↗Common Table
A Sunday evening replant gathering around four monthly rhythms: worship, shared meal, discipleship, and outreach. Slow-growing on purpose. Newcomers welcomed by name.
See This Month's Rhythm ↓Four Sundays. Four moves.
Every month, Common Table moves through four kinds of Sundays — a rhythm shaped by what a church is actually for. Each Sunday has its own shape, but all of them start at 5pm and all of them welcome newcomers.
Worship
The first Sunday of the month. Singing, scripture, prayer, and a teaching from the pastor. The traditional shape of a Sunday gathering.
Shared Meal
The second Sunday. We eat together — slowly, conversationally. A table is set. Communion is part of it. Bring something to share, or just bring yourself.
Discipleship
The third Sunday. A teaching-and-conversation evening — going deeper on what it actually looks like to follow Jesus in real life. Questions welcome.
Outreach
The fourth Sunday. We turn outward — serving the neighborhood, hosting a community moment, or partnering with someone doing good work locally.
First time? Here's the deal.
Newcomers are always welcome at both congregations. No RSVP. No registration. No assigned seats. Just show up.
No RSVP needed
Just walk in. Both Grace and Common Table are open to all without registration or advance notice. Newcomers especially welcome.
Kids welcome
Both congregations have programming for children during the service. At Common Table, kids' programming runs alongside the main gathering each week.
Easy parking
Free street parking on N. Walnut and the surrounding blocks. Grace mornings and Common Table evenings rarely overlap with the lunch rush in town.
Coffee & conversation
Both services include time before or after for unhurried conversation. Coffee is always around. Stay if you want to talk, leave if you don't.
Come as you are
No dress code at either service. Jeans, button-downs, whatever you wear on a Sunday. The point is you, not your outfit.
One address
